Andrew Knight is the broker-in-charge of the Compound CRE team. Andrew has 25 years’ experience in nearly all facets of commercial real estate brokerage including investment sales, leasing, 1031 Exchange, and financing transactions for commercial, residential, and land development real estate.

Collin Schweiker is the Principal of the Compound CRE Team. Prior to Compound CRE, Collin spent 10 years in real estate private equity, investing $3 billion into commercial real estate assets nationwide. Collin provides extensive underwriting, asset management, and capital markets expertise to his clients and their real estate portfolios. Collin graduated from University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Concentration in Finance.

Sean Schweiker is the Director of Compound CRE with a focus on industrial, retail, and land real estate properties. Sean works with private investors, developers, and tenants across the country to strategize and execute their real estate objectives. Prior to joining Compound CRE, Sean worked in industrial tenant representation where he advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on site selection and completed over $100M in leasing transactions. Sean also has considerable experience in rezoning and permitting commercial land, having entitled industrial, retail, and multifamily developments throughout the southeast. Sean graduated from Clemson University where he studied Economics.

Michael Deehan is an Associate of Compound CRE with a focus on owner and tenant outreach and market research. Prior to joining Compound CRE, Michael worked in commercial construction, retail leasing, and capital markets real estate advisory services. Michael graduated from George Washington University where he studied Business Administration.
